Our Process to a great top dressing!

Our process begins by mowing the lawn if it is overgrown. This step is crucial to remove all the dead grass that is taking away vital nutrients from the soil. Next, we dethatch the lawn to eliminate dead grass and weeds that are depleting the soil of precious nutrients. This ensures that the new grass has the best possible chance of growth.
We use the most premium local topsoil and spread it evenly across the yard. This step not only provides the lawn with fresh nutrients but also helps to smooth out any imperfections in the ground.
Once the fresh topsoil is laid down, we use local seed and fertilizer to ensure that only the best grass grows. We then rake it in to ensure it's ready for watering.
