Site Development · Northwestern Ontario

We don't just pour concrete — we help build projects.

Full project delivery for commercial, industrial, institutional and municipal builds. Site preparation, infrastructure, foundations, structural concrete and construction support — one crew, one schedule.

Capabilities

What "site development" actually means here.

The full delivery sequence — from raw ground through structural concrete — for commercial, industrial, institutional and municipal builds.

Site Preparation & Clearing

Stripping, brush and topsoil removal to expose the building pad or yard footprint.

Excavation & Grading

Rough and final grade with laser levels, GPS or grade stakes — sloped for drainage and ready for base.

Infrastructure & Utilities

Water, sewer, storm and electrical trenching, bedded, backfilled and compacted to spec.

Building Foundations

Footings, walls and pads engineered and poured for commercial, industrial and institutional buildings.

Structural Concrete

Reinforced slabs, structural pours and complex flatwork that carry loads and finishes.

Erosion Control

Silt fencing, sediment traps, inlet protection and stabilization through the full build.

Construction Support

Coordinated with other trades — GC-friendly schedules, RFIs handled, submittals delivered.

Project Handover

Grade certificates, as-builts and a clean site delivered on schedule for the next phase.

Why Lush for Site Work

One crew. One schedule. One call.

Site development is often the bottleneck that delays foundations and framing. We remove the handoff risk by keeping the same operators and supervisors from first strip through structural pour.

  • We own the equipment — no rental delays on your critical path
  • Same crew from stripping to structural pour
  • Coordinate directly with other trades and the GC
  • Licensed, bonded, WSIB-registered and $5M insured
