Payment estimator. Any financing or monthly payment figures shown on the Site (for example, amounts based on an illustrative 8.99% APR) are illustrative examples only, are not a financing offer or pre-approval, and are always subject to credit approval by the applicable lender ("on approved credit" / OAC). Actual rates, terms, and availability may differ.
Bundles, discounts, and referral offers. Any bundle discounts, referral credits, or promotions described on the Site are subject to availability, eligibility conditions, and change or withdrawal at any time without notice. Contact us to confirm current offers before relying on them.
Response times. Statements such as "we reply within one business day" are service goals, not guarantees.
4. Quote requests and your submissions
When you submit a quote request or upload files (drawings, specifications, photos), you confirm that:
- the information you provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge;
- you have the right to share any files you upload, and they do not infringe anyone else's rights or contain unlawful content; and
- you will not use our forms to send spam, malicious files, or automated submissions.
We may decline, discard, or not respond to submissions at our discretion. Handling of personal information in submissions is described in our Privacy Policy.
